2020-21 School Year


School Age Child Care (SACC) will be offered to families in grades K-6 before and/or after school at select locations. Please refer to the chart below for availability at each school.  
Space is limited and students are required to attend a minimum of three days per week. A monthly schedule is required.

Please be sure to read the following registration, pricing and scheduling updates before pre-registering.

Registration

Families must pre-register online (see link below).
Registrations will not be taken on site or over the phone.

  • Completing the online form is not a guarantee or confirmation of registration.
  • Once families complete the online form, a SACC representative will contact you to confirm your registration and process payment. Please have your credit card information available.
  • Once payment is complete, you can complete the required paperwork found below. Completed paperwork must be emailed to sacc@uticak12.org
  • Registrations will be processed on a first come first served basis, availability is limited.
  • If the program is full at your location, you will receive an email indicating you have been placed on the wait list. Families on the wait list will be contacted as space become available.

Tuition and Fees
Absences will be charged at the regular rate for sessions a child is scheduled to attend.  Fees will not be charged for an extended illness beyond three (3) consecutive days, provided the SACC office is notified, including students in quarantine due to COVID-19.  

Non-refundable Registration Fee:  $60/Child  $75/Family

Scheduling

All registered students must provide a monthly schedule.   A monthly schedule will be emailed to all registered families and is available in the required paperwork section below. 

Schedule Change Deadlines

  • Weekly tuition will be billed the Friday before each week, based on your monthly schedule.
  • Monthly schedules are required to attend with a minimum of 3 days per week (AM/PM or both).
  • Monthly schedules must be submitted to the SACC Director no later than the 15th of each month.


Required Paperwork

Once you have completed the pre-registration and payment is complete, you will receive an email with the required paperwork. These are fillable pdf forms that you can complete right on your computer.  Simply download the form, type in required information, and resave adding your child’s name and school to the title. All completed paperwork must be emailed to sacc@uticak12.org

  

SACC Safety Protocol:

Safety is our priority, during this time and always. We will be following State of Michigan licensing Covid-19 guidelines.

  • Limit registration to accommodate appropriate space recommendations.
  • Parents and students will be greeted at the door for student check-in and check-out.
  • Only staff and registered students will be allowed to enter the SACC room.
  • Staff will monitor students for signs of illness
    • If a temperature is 100.2 ̊ or above the student will be sent home and not permitted to return for 24 hours after fever is reduced.
  • Persons experiencing any of the symptoms mentioned below must not report to work or school and should promptly contact their health care provider.
    • Any one of the following symptoms:  cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, new loss of sense of taste or smell
    • Any two of the following symptoms:  fever over 100.2 ̊, chills, rigors, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, congestion and/or runny nose
    • If the symptomatic individual does not have recent history of close contact with a positive COVID-19 case, return-to-work or school now requires either a negative COVID-19 PCR test result (rapid/antigen results no longer accepted) or a note from a qualifying physician that the symptoms are not COVID-19 related.  If the symptomatic individual also has recent history of close contact with a confirmed positive COVID-19 case or tests positive them self, she/he must follow the established applicable quarantining and return guidelines specific for their situation and timeline
  • Staff and students will be required to wear mask while indoors.
  • Please pack your students a sack lunch, 2 snacks and a drink each day.
  • Increased outdoor play (weather permitting).
  • Limit registration to accommodate appropriate space recommendations.
