Spring Break Camp 2019

Over 130 UCS students, in grades kindergarten through sixth attended the School Age Child Care’s (SACC) carnival themed Spring Break Camp. The carnival theme proved to be a major hit with the kids who enjoyed a special carnival game room, carnival themed arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, spirit days and even a special visit from the Magic Guy!  Visit our Facebook page to view pictures and learn more about the fantastic activities from last week's camp.

SACC offers a spring and mid winter break camp at Rose Kidd Elementary.  Summer SACC is offered at multiple locations throughout the district.  This year, Summer SACC will be at: Crissman, Graebner and Rose Kidd Elementary Schools.  This summer’s theme is “Around the World”.  Students will engage in active fun and learning from all over the globe, including: games, stories, music and movement, language, arts and culture.

Our highly qualified staff works hard to make these camps extra special, super fun and safe for the kids. All staff must complete both a State and Federal background check, be trained in adult and child CPR/First Aid and complete 16 hours of professional development training each year.   Many members of our lead staff  hold teaching degrees and/or certifications in a variety of education related fields.

UCS School Age Child Care Summer SACC is open to all area children, ages 5—12 who have completed kindergarten through sixth grade.  There are no residency requirements.  Visit our website or Facebook page to learn more or call 586-797-6980 to register beginning April 15, 2019.
